MAY:DOUBLE DEATH VAN DRIVER FACING JAIL OVER FREAK ACCIDENT

WILLESDEN, NORTHWEST LONDON.

A van driver is failing jail today (Weds) after his runaway vehicle rolled down a hill and crushed two pedestrians to death in a freak accident.

Larkland May, 52, was delivering office supplies to offices in central London when his two tonne Mercedes Sprinter killed an IT worker and a German businesswoman.

A Harley Street psychiatrist once dubbed 'Dr Lancelot' told a female patient that he wanted to continue seeing her after their therapy sessions ended, a tribunal heard today (Weds).

Dr Robin Lawrence, 54, told the depressed Australian woman he had sexual fantasies about her and confided in her about his own private life during an 18 month 'roller coaster' ride.

Robin Bray, 52, repeatedly preyed on the youngster from when she was aged just 11 in a string of depraved sex attacks, it is said.

BROOKS: FIVE TO FAVE TRIAL FOR ATTACK WHICH LEFT BOUNCER BRAIN DAMAGED

ABBOTS LANGLEY, WATFORD, HERTS; HOLLOWAY, NORTH LONDON; WALTHAMSTOW, EAST LONDON;

Five men appeared in court today (Weds) accused of an attack which left a nightclub bouncer brain damaged.

Kyrs Brooks, 31, Richard Holloway and Alastair Lennon, both 30, and John Cormican and Kevin Street, both 28, only spoke to confirm their names during a short hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court.

Payroll officer Matthew Thomas told bosses at Newham Council he had severe back pain after a fall off a ladder and could not come in for seven months They were surprised when investigators filmed the former Commonweath Games athlete sprinting around Crystal Palace, apparently none the worse for wear. Thomas, who had claimed more than £13,000 in sick pay, said running was part of his recovery programme.
