Murder at Peacocks

Killer Kardam Thaker Ramanlal was determined not to let his wife escape his reign of terror and stabbed her at the Peacocks department store where she worked in Mitcham, Surrey. CCTV shows him walking through the aisles, pushing her into a storeroom and then leaving with the knife in his hand. A colleague found her body minutes later. Her throat had been slashed.

Lakhvinder Cheema is taken to hospital after he was given a deadly vegetable curry cooked by girlfriend Lakhvir Kaur Singh, 44. Singh laced the spicy dish with deadly Indian herb Aconite when he ended their secret 16 year-old affair. She had become insanely jealous after he arranged his wedding to 22-year-old illegal immigrant Gurjeet Choough for Valentine's Day last year. Singh was convicted of murder and faces a life sentence.

Homophobic killer David Kilcullen stabbed HIV sufferer Gerald Edwards to death and tried to murder his partner at their home in Bickley, Kent. The next day, after drinking 22 pints of cider, he rang 999 to confess to the crime. Here you hear him being told 'to be specific' by police. Kilcullen replies: 'What, like the ocean?'

Samantha Joseph set a murder honey trap with Danny McLean for Shakilus Townsend after she had been cheating on him with the victim. Joseph, just 15, can be seen on a bus sending the text which would summon Shakilus to the scene of the murder. Minutes later he would be beaten to death.
